Here's a quick look at how to do toner transfers on raw unpainted enclosures. It opens up a bit of possibilites when making the artwork, especially compared to just using a label maker that I used to when I first started building pedals.

It's a bit time demanding and it takes a bit of practice to master, and it's limited to a single colour, but the results can look great and it holds up well (far better than waterslide decals without thick clearcoats). Give it a try!
